Shipping & Exchanges Policy
Free shipping for purchase of $30 and above. You can expect to receive your order within 4 business days of order confirmation.
Products will be sent out as soon as possible, within 2 days of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided to recipients once shipment is despatched.
Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at time of order confirmation. The rates depend on the receiving country and weight of products.
Should there be custom or import duties incurred, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to settle this obligation.
Buyers are advised to check the products as soon as possible upon receipt. We expect every item to be in good condition. However, in the unfortunate event where a refund or exchange is unavoidable, please make request via email to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of products. Please attach photo/s of the said product/s to explain reason for refund/exchange required.
We will acknowledge your email as soon as possible, within 2 working days. Thereafter, please ship the product for refund / exchange to us within the next 14 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund/exchange will be made as soon as possible, within the next 7 business days.
Kindly note that there will be a maximum of one exchange per item and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of merchandise receipt. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Worn, used or soiled items

- Sale/marked down items or items bought during special promotions
